HOW TO PAY FEES
Once enrolled, we accept cheques and take debit card payments at the school reception.
If you do not have any queries it is easier to pay by the methods below to avoid the waiting times at reception.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I pay the school fees?
Fees must be paid monthly or termly in advance. Payment can be made at the school between 9.30am – 1.00pm on Saturdays.
There is an initial registration fee of £20 for new students and children are given a free starter pack when they register.

Can I pay fees in instalments?
Termly fees are payable within the first week of term - if it is not financially possible to do this then an instalment of at least a third or half of the term’s fees must be paid.
Yaqeen Academy reserves the right to refuse admission if fees are outstanding.
Are fees payable if my child is absent or leaving the school?
Yes, fees are still payable if you or your child are absent. The exception to this is when we are not running or must close due to bad weather etc. If you are leaving the school we require 3 weeks written notice of your intention to leave
-otherwise full term fees will be payable.
